1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags and labels remain attached.

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Casella Apparel reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Exchange Requests

We accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection (subject to stock availability)

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective or damaged products

Replacement items are subject to stock availability at the time the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless defective)

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.

  • The customer receives an incorrect item and a replacement cannot be provided.

  • The product arrives with a manufacturing defect and replacement stock is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Casella Apparel will cover return shipping costs if:

  • The wrong product was shipped.

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The return is caused by an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for:

  • Size exchanges

  • Preference-based exchanges

  • Any return not caused by a Casella Apparel error

6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and supporting photos if applicable.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  4. Ship the item to the designated return address.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Inspection and Processing

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Once approved, exchanges or refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and payment providers.
